There are some dreams you must never take lightly—and one of them is seeing yourself naked. I have had private sessions with many people, both men and women, who come to me feeling confused, anxious, and even ashamed, asking: “Man of God, why do I keep seeing myself naked in my dreams?”
Let me say this clearly —when you dream of being naked, it is a spiritual signal. It is a divine alarm that something bad is happening in the realm of the spirit.
DREAMS OF SEEING YOURSELF NAKED:
Seeing yourself naked in the dream can symbolises different spiritual meanings:
Self Clarity
In other words having a clear knowledge of yourself, once you see yourself naked in the dream that means you are someone that have clear knowledge of yourself. This dream tells you who you are, it gives you the image of your full capacity, full potentials and defines who you are to you.
Gen. 2:25 Even though both the man and his wife were naked, they were not ashamed about it.
They know their capacities and limitations so once you see yourself naked is a dream that is telling you identify yourself, identify your capacity, know who you are, know what you can do and what you can not do.
Monumental loss
Anytime you see that you are naked start praying against monumental loss, that is huge loss coming because when you are stripped naked it means you lose something very important, so you have to be very careful
Amos 2:16 Even the bravest of mighty men will flee naked on that day,” declares the LORD. ... And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day.
What does that means, due to monumental experience or losses that will strike they will flee naked mighty men will flee naked so once you see yourself running naked in the dream is a sign of monumental loss which can also means loss of strong courage.
Dream of seeing someone peeping on your nakedness
Someone peeping on you while you are naked, what is God trying to let you know there, that means somebody is monitoring you, somebody is trying to invade your privacy and that’s what we call privacy invasion. This is what the Lord is revealing to you there so you have to be careful and protect your sensitive informations whenever you have a dream of someone peeping on your nakedness.
Dream of seeing yourself naked in public places
When you see yourself naked in public places that means you are ready to face public embarrassment, there might be a scandal, there might be criticism, there might be public outcry against you. This kind of dream could also mean you are beginning to live a life of ignoble that means you are living a shameless life, living your life anyhow you no longer have regards for your dignity so guide against such.
Ezekiel 16:37 therefore, behold, I will gather all your lovers with whom you took pleasure, all those you loved and all those you hated. I will gather them against you
Do you see that? Public embarrassment and shame so sometimes when you see yourself naked in the dream that’s what God is saying, you are doing something hidden and time to expose you, something that is not right and that’s what God is saying in Ezekiel 16:37. That’s why you should be cautious what your secret life is when you have a wonderful secret life then you are not afraid of anything coming out in the public.
Some time ago, I had a private session with a young lady and she was in tears as she spoke to me. She said, “Man of God, I keep dreaming of walking on the street without clothes and in the dream I see people laughing at me, and some are mocking me." As I prayed with her, the Holy Spirit revealed that a spiritual exchange had taken place. She had unknowingly entered into a relationship with a man deep into sexual sin. Through that relationship, her spiritual integrity had been tampered with.
We went into deep deliverance prayers, renouncing every satanic tie, and asked God to clothe her with righteousness again. She testified later that the dream stopped—and shortly after, she received a breakthrough that had been delayed for years.
Dream of seeing your superior or parent nakedness
Some people share their dreams with me that they see their parents naked in the dream or they see their superior naked. Now once you see your superior or parent naked in the dream what is God saying, HE is letting you know you’re about to make a provoking mistake, you are about to do something that will provoke the anger of your parent or superior so you have to be careful and pray "Lord whatever I will do to provoke the displeasure or whatever I will do to provoke the anger of my superior may I not do it."
1 Sam 20:30 Then Saul's anger was kindled against Jonathan, and he said unto him, Thou son of the perverse rebellious woman, do not I know that thou hast chosen the son of Jesse to thine own confusion, and unto the confusion of thy mother's nakedness?
Did you see that? Jonathan did something that provoke the father’s anger. Saul his father was angry because Jonathan formed a strong alliance with David whom he saw as his enemy. It made him angry and he was terribly displeased with his son. So, once you see your parents or your superior naked in the dream then you have to be careful not to do something that will provoke the anger of your superior or parents. Pray and say "Lord whatever I will do that will provoke the wrath of my superior or parents Lord may I not do it."
Dream of seeing yourself naked in the forest and stranded
How many of you have this kind of dream? A lot of people share this dream of seeing theirselves naked in the forest and stranded with me, now sometime when you see yourself naked in the forest what that means is that you’re about to face defeat from your enemies camp. Meaning your enemies have a plan against you that is about to succeed if you do not pray.
Act 19:16 Then the man with the evil spirit leaped on them, overpowered them, and attacked them with such violence that they fled from the house, naked and battered
Seeing yourself in the forest naked, stranded and restless in the dream? You need to pray seriously about it because that means defeat is coming from the camp of the enemies and as a battle warrior, as a soldier in the forest and here you see yourself naked the enemies are about to prevail over you, strip and defeat you, you are about to lose your amors you have to say Lord intervene, have mercy on me don’t let me lose to my enemies, don’t let my enemies defeat me in battle. I pray your enemies will not overpower you, your foes will not defeat you.
